New Hampshire Only State to Ban Use of Automatic License Plate Readers by Law Enforcement | NH For Liberty

Man I need to really consider moving there...I love the south but this and the fact the Free State project is gaining steam,no state law forcing you to wear a seat belt or have car insurance just a few things I am starting to appreciate about NH.

Jury Nullification In New Hampshire Becomes Reality

This is because New Hampshire passed (legalized) Jury Nullification in June 2012, so people kept asking for jury trials and arguing about the Constitutionality of the police-state. The fully informed juries kept hanging/acquitting people on those particular charges. Thus, the legislature, in order to save money for the State, who kept losing, repealed that policy (made it illegal for police to use them).

It was much easier to pick up and move when it was just me and the wife but with 3 kids in tow its harder and got much more to think about...Really wish we could just up and move there...I hate NC.
