Because the government figured out they were wrong! It appears a few climatologists had massaged the data to show a 1 degree C rise in temps where none existed, naughty climatologists!

Wow, It makes me sick that they would screw with the data like this. WTF is science going to? If global warming is occurring then real honest data should show it.

I went higher standards for science then scientist fudging the data. 50 years ago these scientist would of been laughed out of the science.

I read a lot about this last summer. When they were asked to explain their adjustments, they just laughed and said go away we're busy.
