Former President Joe Biden experienced such “cognitive decline” while in office that it remains a serious question as to whether he was aware of the substance of the various pardons and commutations signed in his name via autopen, the GOP-controlled House Oversight Committee asserted in a letter it sent to Attorney General Pam Bondi, urging her to consider whether that clemency might be invalid and to take action for potential prosecution against some of Biden’s aides.

The committee “deems void President Biden’s executive actions that were signed using the Autopen, and the committee determines that action by the Department of Justice is warranted to address the legal consequences of that determination,” it wrote to Bondi in the letter released Tuesday morning.

The letter was made public alongside a 93-page report outlining the committee’s conclusions from its months-long investigation into Biden’s use of the autopen. It alleged the committee had found “a cover-up of the president’s cognitive decline” and “no record demonstrating President Biden himself made all of the executive decisions that were attributed to him.”"

Biden was not mentally fit for office in 2020, let alone when these false pardons were issued. Someone needs to identify who used his auto-pen signatures and how and when they were authorized. Until this is determined, these "signatures" should be viewed as inadmissible evidence of Presidential action.
 
All this is malarkey. However, Biden is no longer President, and what we have now is in worse cognitive shape.

Not a thing to be done, if it was his policy to use auto-pin for signatures, as the Supreme Courts (the Trump Supreme Court), says cannot be held liable.

If it was his policy to use that in that position, it was his policy, and the Supremes basically say, that makes it above reproach. The Supremes say a President deserves it, as it was necessary to get Donnie off the hook, so now presidents on policy matters and action in office are above the law, and above people like you and me. I guess you can write nasty letters to the Supremes, but I wouldn't get too nasty, or they will report you for terrorism. I guess you can campaign to have that decision reversed in 3 years, after Trump leaves, but I suspect we are in for 9 years of that decision, at the very least, as many things have a 6-year prosecution limit, to at least bring charges, so I guarantee at least 9, to cover Donnie, and putting anything Biden or Obama did, totally outside consideration either. I would not worry about Biden using autopen. You will get more satisfaction out of jacking off a handful of lube.:auiqs.jpg:
