When I was still in the military, there was a program known as Benny Suggs. A take off on 'beneficial suggestions.' In this program, participants who offered suggestions that resulted in noticeable savings would be rewarded with a percentage of the savings. The incentive program you've brought to our attention seems similar. Maybe we should revisit the Benny Suggs programs as well.
