New Minibus Spending Bill Has $5 Billion Earmarked for Refugee Welfare Programs

and that is what makes you a leftist,,

you are completely dismissive of the constitution in favor of party politics that stand against it,,

they are free to say what they want and assemble with who they want,,
they are not free to side step the constitution,,

the 10 amendment says it has to be there for it to happen and you have yet to show where representation is based on party affiliation,,
and it clearly says a republican form of government with representation based on states and districts not party affiliation,

The 10 amendment has nothing to do with ballots, freedom of speech, and freedom of assembly,

People don't call you out for having beliefs, at all.
You get called out for thinking that it somehow makes you superior.

It's great to have beliefs and shit, but don't then think you are doing good work by not participating in the system.

You are simply not participating - and that's okay
No, I do. I just dont shrink it down to two parties like you.
Our political system isnt naturally binary. People like YOU make it that way.

Ridiculous

never said it did,,

they are free to say or assemble as they please,,

the constitution guarantees a republican form of government with representation based on states and districts not party affiliation,,

we elect people not partys

Which doesn't ******* matter.

you fixate on something that you think means something which it doesn't ******* mean.

Repeating it over and over doesn't warp reality to fit your political ideology.

The way our Federal and State Constitutions organize elections makes it binary by default, with 3rd parties only working to siphon votes from the party it is most aligned with, and more than 3 parties making it possible for the worst person to win an election.

yes it does,,
the 10th puts the burden on you to show where in the constitution we elect based on party affiliation,,

it obviously means something to you leftist and why you refuse to back up your claims like I have,,
all you do is keep repeating the same thing in hopes I finally agree with you,,

It's not electing based on party affiliation, it's allowing a person to put it on the ballot, or in your case refusing to allow it on the ballot.

then theres no reason to have that on a ballot,,

we elect people not partys,,

the kool aid is strong with you,,

you cant go your whole life being a mindless drone so put down the kool aid and think for yourself,,

Says the person who's brain appears to be hard wired to chickenshit like this.

people who may or may not be members of parties. The Constitution doesn't ban party affiliation on ballots.
as per the 10th A the burden is on you to show where it can be added,,
it does clearly say we elect people as representatives based on states and districts not party affiliation,,

you must either hate the constitution or never read it,,

15th post
Says the person who's brain appears to be hard wired to chickenshit like this.
typical leftist tactic,,
when you refute the message you attack the messenger,,

just show me where in the constitution party affiliation is allowed on a ballot when the constitution clearly says we elect people based on states and districts

Actually the opposite.

I've read it and argued strict constructionism far more than you ever have.

Your message is idiotic and not based on reality.

Show me where it is not allowed first.

then theres no reason to have that on a ballot,,

we elect people not partys,,

I think that I am late to this discussion and not catching on 100%.

Are you in favor of not allowing a candidate's party affiliation on the ballot?
