Women officers are less likely to use excessive force.
Women have different skill sets. Especially when confronted with rape victims and domestic violence.

Because people are more than your appearance assessments. They aren't there to be accessories and assist in the appearance of a place or group.

People want to be more, have opportunities to grow and advance based on merits of achievements. Not be judged solely on their physical attributes.

Sure, some jobs require more physical work...but a lot of those situations can be engineered or worked around. A female detective is no better or worse than a male detective. It's just a matter of gathering evidence and making logical trains of thought. And when on simple patrol work it's not like they don't have a partner or are there simply to file a report.

Can't say that we have had any hot women as cops locally that I am aware of. They tend to be more of the lumberjack type.
