Netflix's Six Triple Eight

I watched the movie expecting a first rate movie about a unique historical event during WW2
Instead it was an over the top, poorly acted movie, full of racial stereotypes and cliches.

Critics are raving the pathetic "The Six Triple Eight" is a fantastic cinematic master piece that everyone must see.

This reminds me of the 2016 Oscar winning movie hardly anybody watched. "Moonlight"
BLM and the DEI loons started throwing a fit about Black themed movies not winning the Oscar for picture of the year.
So the lefty cabal that runs the academy awards looked around and found the movie Moonlight to win Best picture Oscar.

It hit all the highlights the far left liberal crowd thinks about black people.
Young boy grows up in the hood mired in poverty.
Becomes a gangbanger living a life of crime on the streets.
But he eventually finds that lifestyle to be shallow and unfulfilling.
So he ends up fulfilling his latent childhood fantasy and becomes a homo.

Its been almost a decade since a Black themed movie won the best picture Oscar.
I wouldn't be surprised if "The Six Triple Eight" got the Oscar this time?
