72B plus 10B in debt, share price 27.77 I recall, could be adjusted, not sure it's set in stone yet

should be interesting, netflix gets HBO max, WB studio, CNN, TNT, Discovery not part of the package, they don't want
cable channels, they will be spun off into a new group

no doubt netflix ups their price to 20 bucks a month with all this new premium content

not official but speculation a percent of netflix shares for your WBD shares plus full payout

works for me, sitting on 1000 shares of WBD

Meh, Discovery is the only thing I see attractive there.

not sure I ever watched it when I had DISH, kinda like animal planet, they just show you places and sites around the world which is cool if you want to explore from your couch
HBO max is what netflix is really after and they got it, the whole entire back catalog and anything going forward

plus WB studio which makes $$, long established outfit

After talking with industry sources, The Babylon Bee has compiled the following list of changes coming to Warner Bros.:

  1. Warner Bros. will be immediately rebranded as Warner Gay Black Sisters: A modern name to reflect a more diverse society.
  2. Harry Potter's magic will now be powered by KPop: Death Eaters better run, run, run when we come, come, come.
  3. Netflix, HBO Max, and Discovery will merge to create 17 more streaming platforms: For your convenience.
  4. Only Bugs Bunny cartoons where he dresses in drag will be available: It's important for all content to fit Netflix's mission and message.
  5. Three of the last five people who actually go to movie theaters to watch movies will now watch at home: The times are changing.
  6. The Superman franchise reboot will be rebooted: Finally, a new version that's different from the last new version.
  7. Animaniacs will now be Transimaniacs: A lot less funny but way more disturbing.
  8. Porky Pig will now have an even more lack of pants: If you thought it was a problem before, you haven't seen anything yet.
  9. Movies in the theater will now pause to ask if you're still watching: It's a valid question.
  10. Finally, Citizen Kane will feature a sassy black female lead: The story can now be told as Orson Welles always intended.

Hold your pants, just in and why WBD is up 2 bucks and going......

Dec 8 (Reuters) - Paramount Skydance on Monday launched a hostile bid worth $108.4 billion for Warner Bros Discovery, in a last-ditch effort to outbid Netflix and create a media powerhouse that would challenge the dominance of the streaming giant.

grab the popcorn, this should get interesting, ellison was like......bullshit, I want it, add 25B to sweeten the deal

Ellison and his kid are conservative, they want to delete woke from hollywood and TV, I hope they get it

CEO of WBD sat down with trump recently and he suggested take the highest bid, well as of now that is paramount
