Not sure what to say about this movie. I almost turned it off...but it kept me going to the end. I found it....interesting. I loathe musicals, and this is advertised as one but it really isn't. It's....weird. I can't describe it, actually. But the plot is interesting. Cartel guy, wants to be woman and escape from his own making, then winds up helping find the bodies of those he had murdered or those murdered by other cartels but does it as a woman. Nobody guessed, either. He got the best of the best to do the surgeries.

Overall.....you may like it. I am surprised I did.

Yes. Mostly in spanish. But there are subtitles. I usually avoid those too..hard to watch a movie and have to read what is being said but this one..I had no trouble.

The woman playing the man that turned into a woman was excellent.

Women's gaydar is wired different than men's. That's why they're more prone to being attracted to each other.

If you can get past shuddering that this is transgender actors....the plot of the movie is what is interesting. Then again...thats my opinon. Give it a try. You can always turn it off.

Gaydar has nothing to do with it. I liked what the movie said. What parts? I dunno. I just liked it. But being attracted to another female other than friendship? Oh hell no. They no longer have the part I would entertain.

And..to make it even more of a ...huh?...he wanted to be a woman, but wanted to BE with a woman. So...he is in essence a man with a mans desires for a woman but BE a woman at the same time.

Wow. Too much to figure out so I'll just say I enjoyed the storyline.

Im totally fine with transgender actors.

I’ve known a couple of trans people through work over the years, and when they pass as the sex they now live as, people don’t have a problem with them. I don’t either. It’s when they don’t pass that it creeps me out. I don’t know why it annoys me, I’m a fairly tolerant person.

I will give your film a try, I added it to my list.

I just got an Apple TV subscription for two months free so am bingeing that a bit.

That needs to stop. If anyone wants to transition in prison they can wait till they get released. It’s prison. Not Disneyland.
