The "Free Press" is an illusion. Most all of the media report lies or distort the truth or have a one sided agenda to promote and get their marching orders from the oligarchs who own them. When it comes to press briefings from the administration (democrat or republican) they answer the questions they want to answer, don't answer the questions they don't want to answer, offer up no information on their own, spin the question to something else, and twist or lie with their responses.
