I find it interesting that Indians are just as guilty of "conquering" a people's land as everyone else

Wiped out most likely, and yes, they genocided each other at every opportunity, and their favorite family sport was devising exotic tortures on prisoners and took great pride in keeping them alive for long periods of time so they could enjoy the suffering. The whole family would join in, women and children as well. Actually the Spanish/English colonizers were far better at it than we were as US Americans during our expansion period. In CA most NAs were killed by the Spanish/Mexicans.....The rest polished off later when gold was discovered there.

Between South, Central, and N. America it's estimated that they killed 56 million between war and disease. Most of the "war" ones being by the hands of natives enlisted to fight other natives by the Spanish.

We were pikers at the NA killing game when compared to the Spanish/Brits.....We killed a bit under 1 million NAs of all causes.

The fact is the Spaniards had hundreds of thousands of local allies against the Aztecs, and yes disease killed most of them, and it also killed a lot of the Spanish as well. I don't consider diseases as 'genocides' or 'killings', just nature doing what it does. I don't see anything we should be sorry about today; we were the minorities here for the first couple of hundred years, and they had no problems abusing us when they could.

Leftists have the bad habit of idealizing certain people groups. The truth is, no groups of humans deserve that. The depiction of Natives as all tree-hugging, peaceful weavers of stories, song and etc before Europeans came here is just bunk. They had and have the some proclivities toward war, pillage, etc that all humans have.

Most of the tribes around today only exist because ****** protects them from each other, especially the smaller ones. The faxt is ****** honored them far more than natives did, and still do. Whether the animals are happy about being losers isn't really an issue white people need to concern themselves about.

The ones that conquered the native Americans claimed to follow a religion of peace and love and also claimed it is a sin to kill...Yet they killed and sowed hatred and greed.
