Forgot to post this yesterday, which was the start of National Hispanic Heritage Month AND Independence Day for Costa Rica, El Salvador, Nicaragua, Guatemala, Honduras, Mexico, and Chile (if I'm not forgetting any). Any events taking place in your neck of the woods can be posted here as well.

I will eat enchiladas in celebration of it, tonight!

My son is a big fan of Dominican food, so we'll probably get some of that sometime this week.

The boys had tacos last night, but I ended up having fried rice.

BUT, no one says "Latinx." Most actual Latinos find it ridiculous if not outright offensive. That bullshit was pulled out of the ass of some lefty gringo in Cambridge.

It's your ilk's corollary to the retarded Singular They again, hypocrite. In Spanish, the masculine form of "they" is used even when it refers to a plural of mixed genders. That outraged the RichGirl femininnies, so they demanded "Latinx."
