Great ideas by the "real estate developer" whatever that means. Forget the fact that landlords need to be held accountable for ridiculously high rent. What they could do also is install a bowling alley, a driving range, miniature golf, maybe even a YMCA! And since the Library is immune to the "Amazon effect" since millions of more books are available on Amazon and they cost less than a Westport Library late fee, why not make all of downtown a "Library." That way taxes will rise very nicely and the friends and relatives of town employees will be taken care of.
