Good- you have oceans , forest, mountains and white water rafting within 90 min

it’s heaven if you like beer( I don’t )
Superb drivers and accidents are rare

Bad- it freakin rains 8-9 months lol
It’s super expensive, terrible traffic and all the buildings are very antiquated

Ugly - white trash drug addicts all over Down town with no money or house . You see 21 yr white Kids on Heroin everywhere

As cities go, it's okay. But too expensive! Lost a lot of charm when they removed the solid mile of graffiti on the Banfield. Fond memories visiting grandparents there as a kid.
