They own two homes. One is rented to renters. Their home is large enough to also rent that home out and still they have a home in the same building for them to live in.
They are not yet 40 years old. I am so proud of them I had to post a photo of that lovely family.

Last time I spent time at their home, he was not a big eater. Did I mention he is already an accomplished piano player, a Ukulele player and one other musical instrument and earns money playing music?

Sometime in elementary school, my kid started to look the same.
He didn't eat more than a kid his age should, but I and his mother had been letting him have fast food.

Once that came to an end and he made the basketball team, it went away and his weight and BMI returned to healthy.



The biggest cause of that type of BMI is poor nutrition and lack of exercise, not so much eating "too much," IMO.
