These idiot's no nothing about history. The area known today as Algeria was conquered by Arabs under the Umayyad Caliphs. Will the Muslims in that area be paying the former occupiers reparations ?

Reparations is an endless line of passing money and territory to the group that occupied the land before they were conquered or pushed out. At some point you are so far back in the past that there are no written records that prove who owned the land. Anyone can say it was my people without a shred of proof.
