Sad. She going to let that conman win. She was gaining momentum and the ex-MAGA crowd (me included) saw her as part of the emerging "America First" Party. Perhaps she's had her life threatened by someone close to Trump. Mossad? We'll likely never know. Well ... it's up to Thomas Massie and Rand Paul. The last two holdouts. I think she is pretty savvy, but it is still troubling she started her career firmly in the crazy camp. Most leopards don't change their spots. Be wary of her singing a different tune.

I got to say, I never really liked her even though she gave voice to a lot of my concerns politically as she was kind of the Jerry Springer of conservatism.
I even agree with a lot of the complaints about the Swamp on both sides of the political isle. However, someone who has voiced that she thinks 9/11 was an inside job, and that the shooter in Las Vegas was staged by democrats who wanted to ban guns, without any evidence, is just a canker sore in the mouth of conservatives because if she is right, she wins a cookie. But all it did was make conservatives look like a bunch of AOC's on acid. And someone who tries to side with Democrats so endlessly subsidize a health care system that is unaffordable simply does not have a place in the GOP.
Simply put, she is not that bright and has no class, although I think it finally came to the realization of the latter by trying to tone down her rhetoric that often-sounded bat sh$t crazy. To her credit, she also was smart enough to know that after she had riled up Trump, he was going to squash her like a tin can politically.
Is she smart enough to know that she has no political path to run for President in 2028? That remains to be seen but I would not hold my breath if I were you.
