It is possible to deport both. Start with the shelters. Unaccompanied children get sent back to family. End all tax funded benefits, see who complains. Deport them.

As the process goes on, many will decide to leave on their own rather than be snatched off the street. It will take a whilel, but with stringent borders controls, backed up with real firepower, yes, it can be done.

I believe you have a very unrealistic assumption of the speed issue. I estimated 10k per week above. Thats half a million a year, or 20 years to deport 10 million.

We can win. Then the deportations start. There are 50 states with varying illegal problems but they do have local police and can easily round these illegals up in their area. Start by looking for the worst for sure but go ahead and round up anyone you run across. We will probably need to set up a deportation camp on the border to process and fly them out. The sooner we do that the better.
