She said that the cops appeared to be waiting for something.
She told them to give her some body-armor and a gun and she would go in an take the guy out herself, because they weren't doing anything.....even though the whole time they were hearing shots (Salvador Ramos executing children).
They claimed it was a static situation but it turns out they were just standing around doing nothing and holding parents back from rescuing their kids.
The truth is....the cops were just letting him kill more kids
