my dad was a vet but he died when i was 1...he fought in combat in the Lebanese civil war, i wonder if he had PTSD, i don't think so...he's too strong, he's too strong

Obama issued an E.O. that would allow Vets to apply for a full PTSD pension even if they never saw combat. What kind of PTSD do we see today?
