If you lose gradually, it is easier to keep it off

Ask the restaurant owners for a starter job --- preparation and washing up .

Cut out GLP-1 injections and increase exercise .

Get one of your pals to pinch an exercise bike or a Body Massage Mat with heat .

I dont look pale i often have a bit of red in my face i have a high blood pressure and take medicine for blood pressure
Maybe its the lightning because i would describe myself as olive or light brownish the dermatologist said im a skin type 4 on the fitzpatrick scale

1 is very light and 6 is dark brown/black

I think around 40-50 but my mum says she thinks she is older 60+ but that east asians look very youthful?
