More Obama Spy Scandal

The CIA doesn't care who is in office, and they were spying on a CIA report about Bush era torture...

CIA head Brennan (vaguely) apologized to Sen. Dianne Feinstein for hacking into the computer of the senate intelligence committee after an internal investigation revealed it. WTF is going on in the "intelligence" field? Does the CIA get away with hacking federal computers with just an apology? It's time that somebody in government had the courage to fire every political hack in the CIA and cut the "secret budget". There is no "intelligence" in the Intelligence branch since Snowden and other traitors gave every secret away that the US had. Before 9-11 Clinton made sure the CIA couldn't dabble in domestic affairs or share data with the FBI and now we have the CIA actually digging up political dirt on congress. The US has turned into a 3rd world country while we weren't looking.

Am I incorrect in saying that you are a supporter of the "enhanced interrogation" techniques used by the Bush administration?

Cause that's what the CIA was "spying" on Congress about - Feinstein et al have been putting together a very critical report on those "techniques", and the CIA wanted to know what information they had to cover their backs.

So the director of the CIA, who is probably a Muslim btw...

:lol::lol::lol::lol:

Thanks for flagging your post with the Retarded label right up front.

John Brennan. Secret Muslim. BWA-HA-HA-HA!

Oh. And I see we're back to BOMBSHELL. That is so 2012!

BY LAW, the CIA is not allowed to operate in the United States...unless someone has a NEW court ruling about that! ....But why would ANYONE expect any difference from the LAWLESS Obuma Regime.....just ask Eric Holder!

Does the CIA spy on Americans? Does it keep a file on you?
CIA’s mission is to collect information related to foreign intelligence and foreign counterintelligence. By law, the CIA is specifically prohibited from collecting intelligence concerning the domestic activities of U.S. citizens. By direction of the President in Executive Order 12333, as amended, and in accordance with procedures approved by the Attorney General, the CIA is restricted in the collection of intelligence information directed against U.S. citizens. Collection is allowed only for an authorized intelligence purpose; for example, if there is a reason to believe that an individual is involved in espionage or international terrorist activities. The CIA’s procedures require senior approval for any such collection that is allowed, and, depending on the collection technique employed, the sanction of the Director of National Intelligence and Attorney General may be required. These restrictions on the CIA, or similar ones, have been in effect since the 1970s."

Yes. It was in all the papers in 2006.

This is 3rd world junta stuff. It's right out of a Clancy novel. As a quasi military network the CIA works for the civilian government. Was it acting independently or were their orders from an unnamed source? They don't get to issue a vague apology when they illegally evesdrop on their own government. Were they prevent a coup? Organizing a coup? Something is terribly wrong when this stuff is revealed and the media should be outraged instead of asleep.

Under the Patriot Act, that was done by the consent of a special court designed to only handle those cases..... Not so much anymore!

This post is a good example of why everyone should take the time to actually read the article, rather than just the headline.

the CIA can conduct an investigation in the US if the investigation overlaps with a foreign country and is a threat to this country.

That doesn't apply at all, in this case.

it applys to Virgil's inaccurate comment

So the director of the CIA, who is probably a Muslim btw, now admits they spied on members of Congress. This is after totally denying they had done such a thing.
Does anyone, anyone, believe a word from this administration anymore? If so, are you totally stupid?
BOMBSHELL: Brennan Admits Obama CIA Spied on Senators and Staff
Rabbi, I really am starting to worry about you. Your loose talk about the CIA will draw attention to you. And while you think it might not be true, the CIA REALLY has black helicopters for picking up people they consider 'troublesome.' My suggestion to you is that perhaps to be on the safe side you should start sleeping under your bed. It is the only way you can be safe. Take your pillow, three or four of your favorite guns, and a couple of 6 - packs. No need to thank me. I know everyone on this board is concerned for your welfare.
