More Lies from Trump...... "Affordability is a con job by the Democrats".

Difference with TRUMP is he's actually doing things to try and bring down prices. He gets push back even from elected republicans.
People who live in reality are more pissed off with elected officials who year after year support the same failed policies thinking they are experts.

What should be the numbers of all economic indicators?

Lefties, give us NUMBERS you seek. Specific numbers.

Tariffs is NOT trying to bring prices down. Tariffs AUTOMATICALLY make things costlier.

In short: A president is generally seen as doing a good job on the economy when GDP growth is strong (around 2–3% or higher), unemployment is low (around 4% or less), inflation is stable (close to 2%), wages are rising, and deficits are manageable. These numbers suggest balanced growth without overheating or stagnation.

GDP today is 2.1
Unemployment today is 4.4%
Inflation today is at 3.8%

Trump is failing on all 3 economic indicators

The tariffs took about a month longer than I thought to kick in, but here we go.

Businesses can only do so much to mitigate their increased costs. Hopefully they can make a few more tweaks. Unfortunately the quickest way to mitigate increased costs is to freeze hiring and/or lay off.

And Trump is STILL saying that other countries pay the tariffs. Fuckin' disgrace.

Trump knows every word out of the mouths of demonicrats is a lie.

We are at 10 months and 2 weeks since he took office.

I expect some things may turn around.

The colossal failure of the world’s COVID policy is not “fixed” over night.

The only thing that saved the US economy under FDR is WWII.

$1 trillion per year just on debt interest is tough.

Repeat after me...........high prices only matter when a D is prez.

You are entitled to your opinion. I disagree with you 100%

OP is a retarded robot.
Robbie the Retard.
Prices of all consumer goods have essentially plateaued since January after 25-40% increases under the previous admin.
Gas prices are significantly down since January.
Democrats cause everything to be more expensive — by design.

Economic promises helped Trump get elected. Now he has an affordability problem

President Trump says he is going to "make America affordable again." It's a pledge he made frequently during the campaign. And now, after dropping it from his lexicon for more than eight months, he's saying it again as polls show voters rank the economy and cost of living as their top concern and blame Trump's policies for making things worse.

"Costs are way down," Trump said at a late night signing ceremony in the Oval Office Wednesday.

Lie, lie and more lie. He thinks we are stupid enough to believe his lies even though we physically see/feel the truth every day.

Do YOU believe him?

Is it possible The Following is awaking from its propaganda induced coma?

New polling shows many Americans have begun to blame President Donald Trump for the high costs they’re feeling across virtually every part of their lives — and it’s shifting politics.

Almost half — 46 percent — say the cost of living in the U.S. is the worst they can ever remember it being, a view held by 37 percent of 2024 Trump voters. Americans also say that the affordability crisis is Trump’s responsibility, with 46 percent saying it is his economy now and his administration is responsible for the costs they struggle with.

Trump exaggerates and often BS. On the flipside no POTUS gives us more of the truth that he does.

On th flipside there's the Demonicrats. No truth to anything, and all bad ideas if not deranged and twisted.
