Trump is having to find these people, and it can be a painstaking task, especially when you fuckers not only use the court system every step of the way, but you're now actively attempting to injure ICE agents.
Biden on the other hand, only needed to turn third-worlders away and get credit for deportations. He invited them in by the millions, so there was plenty to turn back.
