Missouri Attorney General Andrew Bailey won a $24 billion judgment against China for the country’s part in exacerbating the spread of the COVID-19 pandemic.

“This is a landmark victory for Missouri and the United States in the fight to hold China accountable for unleashing COVID-19 on the world,” Bailey said in a statement. “China refused to show up to court, but that doesn’t mean they get away with causing untold suffering and economic devastation. We intend to collect every penny by seizing Chinese-owned assets, including Missouri farmland.”

Missouri will begin asset forfeiture in the State taking land and assets in the State in following judgement of covid lawsuit.

Going to be interesting watching the dominoes fall.

Covid didn't cause much damage in the state I currently live in because they had a governor who stood up to it.

But the state I lived in while the bullshit was happening was pretty beaten up, including countless people who died without the ability to be with their loved ones and the countless families that weren't able to be together for serious illnesses or even the births of new family members. I was unable to touch my husband for the last seven months of his life.

But ignorant blue Washington State will never have the balls to make China stand up and be accountable.

China is not better at manufacturing. They just happen to have a few things America lacks.
1. Their environmental laws are a lot lower. So companies do not have to invest so much into cleaning up the air or water. They do not have to spend so much on waste removal and mitigation.
2. Employee pay is low with next to nothing in benefits if any. Another big plus is they have prisoners (both political and others) that cost nothing in wages.
