Good. We don't need minors, carved and drugged up before attaining adulthood. The pre-frontal cortex in humans is responsible for "executive functions/rational thinking" and the pre-frontal cortex in humans is not fully developed in minors.

Agreed when it comes to adults. As to other cultures, if they move to the US, they need to be aware that it must only be adults, regardless of what culture they came from.
