Since it takes two teams for there to be any game, why was the game cancelled if only one team refused to wear the pride uniform or was it both teams that refused?

P.S. If the game was scheduled to be played regardless of what uniforms were worn, I don't get why it was cancelled. Were those who bought tickets able to get a refund? Don't forget that cancelling the game only meant that the event was ruined for those people too. In other words, did the people who cancelled the event ever once begin to think about those who would've been in those seats?

It could have been much better still. One team forfeits playing the game at their own expense and the LGBTQ+ promoters trying to use the game for political and ideological ends totally unrelated to the game don't seem to have given up a thing.

The whole matter of their intent to make players wear stupid "pride colors" (apparently proud of every color in the book except just plain ol' white) should have all been worked out and contractually agreed upon long in advance.

Put another way, let's see someone host a game where all the players must wear pro-Jewish or pro-MAGA apparel and see where THAT goes.
