Football was more violent when I played. Baseball was more violent when I played. This has gotten better not worse. In baseball I was typically a starting pitcher. There were times I was brought in the game as a reliever. Some one on my team got spiked or beened, I would grab my glove and a catcher and started warming up with out even being told. It was highly likely I would be put on the mound to deliver some chin music. You don't see that anymore. Y'all talk about the old days but I commonly wonder if you were actually there

If he had tried to punch a White IND player then claimed racist remarks what would it be? With his buddies nearby to say "yeah, I heard it". Maybe they have played that game out by now?
