Nearly half fail teacher evaluations
47% finished in the lowest category possible and deemed 'unsuitable' for promotion
How can any nation survive or improve when those assigned to teach their children don't know what they're supposed to teach? Perhaps why so many teacher's organizations protest against testing. And, how much of a problem is that here in the USA? Just how many teachers are there who are not fully qualified?
