The purpose of the wall is to slow down the intruders till help, als the Border Patrol arrived

With proper surveillance BP would have known about the attempted penetration before the first migrant reached the top of the wall, and be ready to pick them us when they reach the ground

I'm seeing a ladder, and the second man gave up and slide back down. And everything Trump said was factual. Also, many have been injured or killed trying to scale the wall.
