The only precedent AA has is to combat white racism. It's like calling it a war crime to bomb Japan back after they bombed Pearl Harbor. It's like putting a guy back 100 yards in a race, then when the officials move him up merely 20 feet, the racers 80 feet ahead say how it is unfair and discriminatory against them despite having an overwhelming advantage. There are so many studies out there that confirm that blacks and other minorities are being discriminated against Hiring Racial Discrimination - Resume Writing Services and as long as that is the case, we absolutely need programs like AA-it's jus the tip of the iceberg, honestly.
But If you truly think it is racist, it really makes no difference because "meritocracy" is racist. If blacks and others are already being discriminated against WITH these policies on the books, Meritocracy, a system with few rules and freedom of assembly, would mean even more racism, and we basically already saw that in the 16-20th century. So either way, you are supporting a racist system, whether it is meritocracy or AA; the default is white Affirmative Action. But AA can never be considered racist. At best, we can ascertain whether it is still needed or not. But No one has ever empirically demonstrated the platitude of post racialism/Critical Post Racialism Theory, that would necessitate getting rid of these protections. You will likely always need a black box in place to keep the majority in check from oppressing the minority. CRT is true in the sense that ingroup racist bias will always be a constant in society. Would love to see data that suggests otherwise, but I see zero and have been given zero by proponents of these platitudes. I also believe you need a black tax credit, which can account for the daily/weekly/yearly discrimination that simply having black skin confers-think of it like a permanent negative debuff in a video game , while whites get a passive boost to stats.
