Just a friendly reminder that the new Beneficial ownership reporting is due by January 1. You can do online (with a scanned copy of your ID) or by mail with a photocopy of it at FinCEN.gov

For those who don't know, this is a new federal thing where you have to file documentation with Uncle Nosey Britches about who all the owners of your small businesses are be they other entities or individuals.
