I cant believe that people live like this. Im all for saving on the washing up but thats what husbands are for.

None of these recipes sound edible. Have I missed something ?

Just a another celebrity attention whore, trying to pretend she's actually talented and important. 🥱
Typical.

I can't speak to any of her recipes, but there are some really good one pot wonders out there, and you can make your own. Just takes a little imagination and skill

Maybe you have a decent recipe ?

IDK, you Brits are picky eaters.......

Here is one with a Tex-Mex flair. If you don't know what Rotel is, it's basically canned diced tomatoes with green chilis. If you don't have that, plain diced tomatoes works too. You'll have to watch the video to see the process or instructions.

INGREDIENTS

1 1/2 lbs ground beef
1 lb small pasta shells
1 envelope of taco seasoning mix
2 tsp chicken bouillon powder
1 drained can of Rotel
4 1/2 cups water
8 oz mild cheddar cheese
1 1/2 cups heavy cream
salt and pepper to taste

This is one I made up myself......

1 lb Italian Sausage (if using links, cut into 4 or 5 pieces)
1 bell pepper sliced in strips
1 medium onion sliced in thin wedges
1/2 lb mushrooms
2 cups chopped cabbage
2 celery ribs sliced
3 or 4 medium potatoes cut in bite sized chunks
about 1/3 cup of some kind of tomato sauce......(pizza or pasta sauce) or plain tomato sauce with Italian seasoning.
Salt & pepper to taste

Brown the sausage in a bit oil. Add the vegetables and cook until the vegs are as done as you like, then toss with the sauce. Sauce is to just coat everything,

Note.......this is a basic version, but I have added or subtracted from the veggies list, depending on what I have on hand. I've also used pierogi in place of potatoes.

And that's the wonder of a one pot meal, is to use whatever you have available. Pick your meat or protein, a couple of veggies and a carb and whatever seasoning you like. Just remember if doing a one pot with rice to add about twice as much liquid for it to cook. If using pasta, depending on what it is, atleast that much liquid to pasta

And this/these aren't exactly an all in one, but are still pretty tasty and easy to make.

Mississippi Pot Roast

4 lb beef roast (chuck roast is most common, but others work just as well)
1 packet of dry Ranch seasoning mix
1 packet of dry Au Jus mix
1/2 lb butter
1 16oz jar of pickled Pepperoncinis, with brine juice (use can use whole or sliced peppers)
Dump it all in a crockpot in that order, turn on high and let it cook about 6-8 hours. Should be fall apart tender.

You can serve it over mashed potatoes, rice or pasta........or load it on a sandwich bun, top with some provolone or other cheese if you like and use the juices for dipping.

Mississippi Chicken

Pretty much the exact same as the pot roast, just use chicken instead of beef..........I made this tonight for the first time with boneless, skinless chicken breasts but did change out the Au Jus for chicken bullion powder (to me, it was just weird using a beef sauce for chicken) and I always use a full jar of peppers and the brine, no water and served it over rice, with some green beans & mushrooms on the side.

I will get the wife on it as soon as she is talking to me again.
