Mark Geist is a liar if he claims the Chief of Base in Benghazi called off the rescue mission to the diplomatic facility.
Mark Geist admits he didn't actually hear the CIA Chief of Base in Benghazi tell the rescue team that the mission to the diplomatic facility was called off. But, that doesn't stop him from saying the rescue mission was called off.
