The former congresswoman urged both parties to evaluate the situation objectively, rather than from their partisan perspectives.

For the record, I never had any problem holding people accountable for breaking laws during 1/6. WE have laws and a judicial system to keep law and order after all. What I found unforgiveable, however, was the notion that police in the Capital could have shot an unarmed women dead without any need for an investigation, as those in Congress and the media praised the officer for being a hero on the spot, being judge and jury and avoiding the legal system altogether, being careful not to mention his name so as to protect him and his family, and then doing the EXACT opposite any time this happens anywhere else in the country. When it happens anywhere else in the country, the officer is painted as a Nazi or a racist, and the people breaking the law in various ways and fighting law enforcement, are proclaimed heroes by the media and the Swamp. In the case of George Floyd, and those shot in Minnesota recently, they were all fighting law enforcement, and two of them even possessed a deadly weapon to boot. Again, I'm not here to distribute verdicts of innocence and guilt revolving around these events, but the media and the Swamp do all the damned time. You have Walz and his loons determining guilt on the spot towards ICE officers, and they will do so with a 3 minute YouTube video that could be manipulated in a vast number of ways like it was with the Covington kid who was later deemed innocent thanks to other video that was taken. This is why some Left wing loon tried to assassinate ICE as he wrote "fascist" on the bullet casings. This is why another assassin also did the same when he shot dead Charlie Kirk. This sort of incitement is all Left wing.

And I'm sorry, there is no future "civil war". The Civil war came about in America's past because states had standing armies that could oppose each other, which we don't have today. At best, it might devolve into what we are seeing in Iran today, as the entire populace is hunted down as if they all participated on January 6th.

• J6 was an otherwise pretty well-behaved crowd hanging out at the Capitol thinking something might happen there in a last ditch effort to get at the election after weeks of court cases were continually rebuffed by the judges that got out of hand because the police above were out to incite the crowd as something to hang on Trump by throwing incendiary grenades into the crowd.
• ICE is arresting people in all 50 states. Minnesota would be no different except the democrats keep sending mobs of crazy people at them forcing a bad situation to happen while simultaneously resisting all efforts to hand over illegal criminals (many being very serious offenders) to ICE to process, either protecting them or releasing them back on the street, all in an effort to create a new issue to replace George Floyd, as the next thing to run against republicans on.

Pretti impeded the officer by hitting his arm with force while he was pepper spraying a downed terrorist/insurrectionist, thus directing the spray away from her. That's highly illegal. Emotions don't make it any less illegal. Your dysfunctional emotions don't negate the law.
