Wait....you're saying the teen GIRLS had "no business" being in the WOMEN'S locker room at their school.......but this 45 year old MAN who isn't a student had a right to be naked in their locker room??

They were not allowed in the sauna area of the locker room. They had not business peeping in on the female students there. There might have been signs like "no one under 18 allowed" or "college students only beyond this point. College near me has saunas beyond tile walls in the back of the locker room. I had to go their for pool therapy. There were signs for different rows and rules for visitors. Coach should have read the rule, or handing out copies so everyone understood before the meet there.
The students had a right to use the sauna, the high school girls did not.

So you mean to tell me that this situation was able to exist within the school itself ? How ridiculous is that ? Hey, and that's why they don't allow the other spoken of, because kids may try and sneak a peak due their curiosity, but if the strip club isn't anywhere around, then they are safe until become an adult themselves in the proper amount of time in which is called for. It was a college and the transgender was a student, in an area prohibited to high school visitor students. She was not running around, doing laps in the locker room naked

. No matter, because the fact that these individuals were able to come together in the situation, shows a lack of judgement on someone's part. This should have never happened in the first place. Hopefully things are being done so it don't happen again.
If a child runs into traffic or a burning building is it the child or someone else at fault?
Don't 17 yr olds know how to read or fallow direction? Why is it it he fault of the person in the sauna, who had every right to be there, to know teens would be peeping in on them?
It could be the pool at a building or subdivision, where a resident(s) goes into a sauna and somehow kids get into the wrong place and peep.
It was not a toddler hiding from his mother in some game, it was a 17 yr old girl where she had no business being.
The coach that reported the incident to police wrote an apology to Colleen, the transsexual that was in the sauna. The teen should have written one as well, but I have not seen a report that she did.
Every school has to permit transgenders to use their identified bathrooms. This is not a suggestions open for debate. Hopefully in ten years no one will will twice about it.
