Two police officers opened fire on an apparently unarmed man during a traffic stop in southwest Houston Friday night, allegedly shooting him three times for not following commands

Police said that the man was shot because he was acting suspiciously, he also feared for his safety.
Well, what if I fear for my safety all the time? Is it ok for me to execute people because they act suspiciously?
