It's all to do with liability. After all, nothing else was at risk and everybody else was safe. I'm glad he was alright too btw.

That is essentially 100% right. At the heart of it is not only the insurance liability of people being hurt on their property that Disney must carry and consider, but the liability for someone doing such an unwarranted act and then NOT banning him from the property where then they could then be sued.
