Trump's trade fixes would already be cemented. Probably would have went more smoothly in 2021 or so?

DOGE-Trump would have ad deficit spending gone by 2023. But they have little time left now to implement what was needed in 2022 or earlier (like the 90s'). Deep state has nearly destroyed America and little hope remains.

I don't know that he would have been able to do the things he is doing now without the mandate from the 2024 election. So in one sense, the democrats stealing the election in 2020 was a godsend.

If you have a stock that went from $100 in value down to $80 in value and you still own it...... You've lost nothing. Zero.

If you're in a Mutual Fund, the same reasoning applies. You don't lose or gain money until you sell the stock/fund. Some people, like in Variable Annuities are losing money. My opinion -- A product I wouldn't own anyway. Never annuitze your pension or 401k. Or inheritance, or settlement unless there are dire circumstances. It should be done as an almost last resort, in my opinion

I remember 2009 401K had dropped nearly 50%? Forget how long to recover but 2012 seems likely? I was no longer adding to that one (layoffs). Obiden 1.0 did nothing but expand govt and pay off unions to vote DEM. Green too got paid.

Hopefully Trump policy will allow market correction 6mo. Not years & years.
