Great idea, poor execution.

He could have even have made frequent visits, taken photos with people etc. Easy money.

I had the same idea. I thought that as soon as I had an extra 5 mill laying around, I would blow it on a house where people could walk through and slip and crash on their backs on ice covered steps, get carooned in the head with paint cans, blow torches, tarantulas and broken glass while a bad hoodlum movie plays loud machine gun fire on TV, then charge folks lots of money for the experience.
