Trump has repeatedly used hyperbole in his statements. For instance, he says he saw "thousands and thousands" of Arabs celebrating 9/11, a statement for which there is no proof whatsoever. But he says "hundreds" of people agree with him. Now, he says Hilary caused the deaths of "hundreds of thousands" of people. Again, a nebulous, vague statement with nothing to back it up. Taking a cue from Trump, Carly Fiorina claimed to have seen a video of body parts in a Planned Parenthood clinic, but she can't produce the video. The slimy people who released videos of PP execs supposedly agreeing to wholesale slaughter for the sake of "selling" organs would have definitely released THAT video if there had been one. The terrorist who shot up the Colorado Springs PP clinic claims that he saw "blood everywhere" and "dead babies". These two politicians, coming from the business sector (and Trump declared bankruptcy four times and Fiorina was fired) with no political experience, seem to think that the truth is a pliable article that can be bent and reshaped to fit your agenda. They've added this to the American culture and now we begin to accept it as the norm.
