U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement has paused movement in an immigration center in Texas because two detainees have “active measles infections,” Department of Homeland Security spokesperson Tricia McLaughlin told CBS News​

The cases, at Dilley Immigration Processing Center, were first discovered on Friday, according to McLaughlin.[/​

"ICE Health Services Corps immediately took steps to quarantine and control further spread and infection, ceasing all movement within the facility and quarantining all individuals suspected of making contact with the infected," McLaughlin told CBS News.​

"All detainees are being provided with proper medical care," McLaughlin added.​
