The courts are so backlogged with violent crime cases they could never get to them.
This is resulting in dangerous violent offenders released after only a very small fraction of their sentence served.
The nation does not have the prison capacity to hold the massive number of criminals committing serious crimes every day.
This doesn't even take into account the vast number of criminal illegals arriving at the border daily.
