Looks like the honeymoon is over VA!

He has legitimate concerns. Ralph Northam, the Dem Governor before Republican Glenn Younkin was anti-gun, anti-2nd Amendment, signing at least 7 gun control bills.
In the Virginia house, the current legislature has proposed more gun control bills, in a state that has one of the lower gun crime rates in the country.
Gun control is good. Nobody is gonna ban them.

Plus why is it they have one of the lower gun crime rates?

Could it be less guns?

I think the flags are still flown at half mast on the anniversary of the VA Tech shooting every year. That still plays in a lot of people's minds,

Not particularly. About average at around 44.6% of households.

Are you advocating for breaking the law?

Banning guns is just a pipedream for Democrats.

Looks like gov-elect for VA is bad news for guns in VA. Will she go full commie and try to ban guns that hold over 5 rounds like dems dream to do?

In 2020 when that was last tried this is what killed it:

More than 100 cities and counties around the state have passed resolutions declaring themselves “Second Amendment Sanctuaries.” In some, law enforcement officers have said they won’t enforce new laws.

In spite of the previous governor's anti gun stance?

That's right at the national average.

So he didn't ban guns either.

From your link:

Opponents of new gun laws in Virginia are organizing militias in the state, but promise they’re not planning to use the new paramilitary organizations to launch a violent insurrection against the government.

I promise not to use my 911 to break speed limits too.

That article is from 2020. They were the 100 sanctuary cities that said they would refuse to enforce the new laws.

It worked. No bans.

Way to go democrats, you tapped into enough hatred to get an A.G. elected who texted about his fantasy to kill a republican and his family. If nothing else it's a testimony to the serious mental illness called TDS.

Accurate only in that he uttered those words. Not true, however, because he was trolling you and you're still too ******* dumb to figure it out.
LOL!!!

You're an idiot!

My apologies for assuming you had a brain!!

Dismissed.

OH, so it wasn't a deflection, it was whataboutism.

Now that we've cleared that up what bearing do you think it has on the current thread?
