This thing was not "leaked." This was planted to tear down nearer rivals like Rubio (calling him the GOP's Barrack Obama) and others as he tries to hedge up in the polls / dialogue. This thing doesn't even mention Trump in what I've browsed (and you know they're sh***ing their pants and strategizing big time there).
Early on, it says that voters have a.d.d. to offer some 'politically incorrect' thing to give it the appearance of being a leaked document. But that's not even that bad; and it's frankly true even.
