The story doesn't really address the question- they just say "the votes haven't all been counted yet".

Well yeah, we know they haven't all been counted- but we also have a pretty good idea how many haven't been counted, and it's nowhere near what it would take to get Harris to 81 million.

There is a pretty conspicuous decline on the "D" side, and no real explanation for it. I'm sure they will come up with a rationalization, I just don't know what it will be, lol.
