The share of Americans who report having no close friends has risen, a survey found, particularly among those who did not graduate college — creating a divide in people’s levels of social connection.

Nearly all U.S. adults used to have close friends.
The U.S. surgeon general declared loneliness an epidemic last year, citing its links to heart disease, stroke, dementia and premature death. San Mateo County, California, which includes part of Silicon Valley, subsequently declared a public health emergency over high rates of loneliness among residents.
The polarization of society politically I think is driving this, in addition to the traditional family being attacked at every turn as society deteriorates into a dysfunctional woke abyss of human despair.
But does the Left care about unknown numbers of people having their lives cut short by this epidemic? They don't care about the drug epidemic that kills about 300 people a day overdosing do they? No, for them, this is part of the solution, which is population control to save the environment. For them, this is part of their master plan.
The more technology "progresses", the more humans withdraw from human social life.
When I was little, we were forced to stay outside and play on nice days, until we were called for supper or it got dark.
We had public playgrounds that were always busy on the weekends. Lots of kids like me, loved digging through people trash cans to see if there was something we could take apart to see how it worked, and put it back together again.
We went rumminging in old houses, creeks, ponds, what have you. Anything to keep our minds busy with all the questions about the world we got while in class at school.
We learned about life, death, getting hurt and not doing stupid things again, and how to talk to other people, get along with other people, and how to work a job.......as some kids had parents that made them work around the house on the weekends and during summer break.
We learned to work on the lawn mower, the car, hunt, fish, hike, sew, cook, make fires, track animals, etc......
And this is from a "city" kid.
Nowadays, so-called "parents" have kids for the sake of tax credits and free welfare. They leave the kids to completely destory their brains with 24/7 of tv, games, music, FaceBook, and all that other sort of bullshit that teaches you nothing.
They these kids grow up not knowing how to spell simple words, or even knowing the difference between words that sound alike. They have NO CLUE how to talk TO another human, debate civilly, or even write coherent sentences.
Of course their lonely. They have no clue how to relate to other human beings.
The media and Hellywierd tells them the ONLY thing that will attract another human to you is SEX. Which is BLATANT LIES and DECIET! And which fucks up their minds and lives even more.
So, is it any wonder they're all lonely?
