What I've witnessed with two groups on this forum, the Pro Abortionists and Gun Nuts, is what happens when they get cornered with logic and facts in debates.

The Pro Abortionists go quiet. They won't answer the logical question, they avoid it and go quiet. They know they're cornered. They think that's the best response to the question.

Gun Nuts resort to cliché mode. They need to be more manly and macho, so rather than go quiet, they avoid the logic and facts question when cornered with a cliché (the list of them can be found in Bad Lands). They think that's a great response to the question.

I need to watch other groups too but by all means add your observations. But there's some feedback, keep an eye out.

You're not interested in a sincere discussion on abortion. All the answers are readily available for consideration by Americans.

We can start with the fact that America is the most pro violence and death country in the world, next to Israel. That's simply contradicts the pro-life bullshit.

You missed the point of the topic, twice. It's is about SIT, if you wish to analyse any topics within any mentioned group, there's plenty of relevant threads.

Big flaw in your hypothesis is that one sides' "logic and facts" are the other sides "delusions and disinformation".
FWIW & FYI such is how I've seen most of what you present thinking such are "logic and facts".
Also, you have a biased and incomplete grasp on what you think are "logic and facts".

Anti-Abortionists and Anti-Gun Nuts are also groups and have their own pre-set scripts.

For the Anti-Abortionists, one of many concerns (and counter "logic and facts") is that the fetus=future citizen and the father("sperm donor") are left out of the decision process. A major hypocrisy is that if the women decides to give birth and keep the child, the father usually gets obligated for child support, yet as mentioned, he had no say(Rights) in the matter of abortion or not.

For the Anti-Gun Nuts one of their many cases of "logic and facts" is that a 100 pound women should not have Right for possession of a firearm to protect herself from a 250 pound male that wants to rape her.

Unwanted pregnancies are 100% avoidable, and most people support allowing rape victims and mentally ill women to have abortions already. There is no genuine need to legalize millions of babies being killed merely because they're 'inconvenient' and a lot of women are too lazy or undisciplined to exercise common sense.
