New and Wyoming tied? That's a compliment to New York, and I'm not sure of Wyoming's political bent, but I think it ain't Democratic.

Hmmm. Does this describe anyone we are all familiar with? Let me think! I'm sure there's someone in DC that reminds me of this description of psychopathy. Oh, yeah! It's the guy with the little hands.
