Fentanyl heads in Maine are now being distributed "boofing kits" paid by the taxpayers with instructions on how to shoot drugs up their butt.

Its bad enough seeing dopers smoke or shoot up drugs in the street, but now Maine visitors are going to have look at this. And the people think its a proper use of tax dollars?

I'm not sure why the founding fathers didn't foresee this as a vital responsibility of government, and add it to the Big Ten. We should be used to the government wanting to stick things up our ass by now, I don't see what the hubub is all about.
